Morning exercise: Senior citizens complete an exercise routine every morning to keep themselves healthy!

Chit chat/ Tea session: Usually after morning exercise, the seniors will enjoy a conversation over tea/ coffee.

‘Keep Fit’ session: Our fully equipped gym provides a good opportunity for a thorough workout.

Karaoke singing: Mainly singing by KASAC members but we occasionally invite guests too.

Arts & craft: Our handicraft room is where the senior citizens participate in flower-making, cross-stitch or patchwork.

Games! Games is part of our centre's regular activities to keep our elderly mentally, socially and physically active. Our SAC staff conduct games like Bingo, card games and chinese riddles to stimulate their mental processes.

Meal Services (Daily) Our SAC provides 3 meals/day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. KASAC members: $0.50/meal Each person is given a piece of fruit to round off their meals, encouraging a healthy-eating lifestyle
